For clients who are new to massage and/ or want to see if Energy n Motion Massage will work well for you this is a great place to start. This is also a great maintenance massage to have on a regular basis.

For clients that have had massage in the past the extra time allows us to get around the whole body as well as focus on the areas of your body that are causing you discomfort and pain. 

 

2 hours - $160

For clients who are really wanting to get all that stuck energy in their bodies moving this is my favorite massage to do.  Deep tissue work where it is needed mixed in with relaxation and finishing off with  energy healing.
